Quality is the foundation on which GE TRADING is based. We are committed to deliver the quality products and services that consistently meet or exceed our quality standards and satisfy the expectations and defined needs of our customers. Our commitment to quality products and services is derived from our desire to achieve business excellence and strive to exhibit this in all the products and services we deliver. We have implemented a Quality Management System that complies with ISO 9001-2008 and other international standards. The quality policy, the quality management system and the quality objectives are regularly under review and provide the basis for continual improvement. Our quality policy defines our quality strategy and the commitment to improve our system on a permanent basis.

The Company, management and the employees recognize that the quality is a company wide responsibility that must be shared by all and is committed to the quality objectives that are defined within the system. This policy represents a commitment by the management and is distributed to all staff members and is commented on or reconsidered during management reviews.

Health & Safety Policy

In conducting its activities at the highest level of quality, GE Trade considers the issue of unexceptional protection of occupational health and safety of its employers and continuous improvement of the working environment as one of its main targets. In this context, we commit ourselves to provide and maintain the following conditions:

• Provision for the elimination of occupational health and safety risks through preventive action
• Provision of continuous improvement as regards to OHS issues
• Strictly obeying the applicable OHS legislation in force, administrative regulations and conditions of subscribed organizations
• Provision of training so as to make both direct company personnel and the employees of subcontractors aware of their individual OHS responsibilities
• Periodic review of OHS Policy so as to maintain compliance with conditions

At GE Trade we consider worker safety to be a priority. This commitment is enforced by our full-time safety Manager and an emphasis on safety from the senior management. We are committed to providing a safe, healthy and productive work environment that is free of any recognized hazards. We believe that prevention is a key responsibility that is shared by everyone in the organization. At GE Trade, safe work habits begin with formal training, inspections, audits and formal reporting. Our safety efforts are backed by our Corporate Safety and Loss Prevention Program that has become the pillar from which we develop quality projects. We train our management team, supervisors and employees to identify and correct unsafe conditions to better promote safe work practices.

Environmental Policy

GE Trade aimed at the protection of natural environment, while conducting its activities at top quality level. In this respect, we confirm that we will realize the principles given-below, related with the environment we borrowed from future generations; in every area we have activities:

• To prevent air, water, soil pollution in a continuous improvement manner
• To comply with the legal legislation about environment, administrative regulations and the rules that should naturally be obeyed
• To provide execution of activities with minimum environmental affects
• In situations when conditions cannot be interfered, not participating in the activities which may have significant and negative effects on environment
• Within the framework of engineering principles, using environment friendly inputs throughout our activities
• To share the acquired environmental experiences with public, private sector corporations and non-governmental organizations mutually
• To provide the necessary training and education programs for bringing all our staff, suppliers and subcontractors to the required level of environmental consciousness.

HR Policy

GE Trade gives paramount importance to the selection and recruitment process in order to recruit high quality staff with necessary skills and attributes to enable the company to fulfill its corporate aims and objectives. The GE Trade Selection and Recruitment Policy and Procedures aim to provide clear guidance to Managers in relation to both the selection and appointment of staff.

The GE Trade Selection and Recruitment Policy consist of the following:

• Justification for the recruitment
• Recruitment of staff with the appropriate skills, both technical and personal, in order to meet the company’s current and future needs
• Merit shall be the only criteria for all the appointments.
• Assessment, as per requirement for all the appointments in the company, is mandatory
• GE Trade recognizes the skills and abilities of all people regardless of their sex, race, religion, age, creed, color or nationality.
• Internal candidates or others personally known to the company must be treated in exactly the same way as all other candidates
• Develop and enhance the public image of GE Trade both as an employer and as quality provider of construction services
